A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 29, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of July 29, 2019: (a) around 14:30 on July 29, 2019, up to 2019, up to 14:30, the victim D (n, 65 years of age) who was found to have reported the information on job seeking at the headquarters of the building, for the purpose of photographing the victim’s body parts to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual satisfaction, “in order to be employed, health examinations must be conducted and photographs on the body parts must be taken in the process; (b) money needs to be taken; (c) on the photograph, the Defendant’s cell phone (gallon 7) of the Defendant can be seen to mean that the Defendant’s cell phone (g) may bring the victim’s buck to bucks; and (d) put the victim’s upper part of the building into the lower chest.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phones against the victim's will.
2. The crime committed on August 9, 2019;
A. A. On August 9, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Violence (Indecent Act by force by force) committed an indecent act by deceiving the victim by deceiving him/her as an employee of the public health clinic, and making him/her take photographs of open locations by having the victim go out of his/her clothes or receive his/her clothes from his/her clothes. On the other hand, the Defendant placed the victim under the state of refusing to resist by having the victim escape from his/her clothes or by having the Defendant get out of his/her clothes.
