On November 19, 2017, the Defendant driven B-low-income cars under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.151% from the 3km section of the blood alcohol level to the front road of the 3km-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the 17km-gu, Goyang-si, Seoyang-si.
