1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 19, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On May 30, 2003, the Plaintiff seeking an extension of the prescription period of a claim for a loan pursuant to the loan repayment claim rendered by setting KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant by the due date for repayment as of August 30, 2004.
