Reasons

1. On January 9, 2014, the Defendant indicated the claim, based on a certified copy of the judgment with executory power in the case No. 2012Gahap222, 2012Gahap390 (Counterclaim), filed the instant lawsuit in order to exclude compulsory execution against the goods indicated in the separate sheet. Since the items indicated in the separate sheet are owned by the Plaintiff, the Defendant filed the instant lawsuit in order to exclude compulsory execution against the goods listed in the separate sheet.
