Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

The Defendant: (a) opened a “B” website; (b) provided a certain amount of money to a person who intends to obtain a appearance or family helper; and (c) registered his/her own information on the website; and (d) provided a website on which information can be reported and contacted; and (b) collected information already registered by other persons on the “B” website in order to make the said “B” website appear as if there are many job seekers and job seekers; and (c) intended to register the information on the “B” website.

The Defendant in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act, as an operator of the above B site, was a personal information manager, and the personal information manager was not allowed to provide personal information to a third party without the consent of the owner of the information. However, around June 2012, the personal information manager came to know, at the Defendant’s residence located in the 104 Dong-dong, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul to find out the information that “C” site registered on the above B site, such as “F, gender, male, work experience for at least five years, and family-friendly gambling work,” and “G seeks a child,” and posted personal information on the “B” site without the separate consent of the owner of the information so that “B” members may use the above information.

As above, the Defendant provided personal information to a third party without the consent of the subject of information.

2. Around June 2012, the Defendant: (a) joined the Victim Company’s above C website in the name of the wife E.

However, the facts were not for the purpose of using C, but for the purpose of collecting personal information such as C user's name, cell phone number, etc.

around June 2012, the Defendant collected personal information of about 10 users C and mobile phone numbers from the victim who did not know the above fact as above.
