1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 15, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On September 29, 2009, the Plaintiff indicated the claim shall make a loan to the Defendant with the maturity of KRW 50 million fixed on April 27, 2010, and shall claim the payment of the loan and delay damages.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
