On May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded the window installed by the victim’s inside of the unlocked victim E and 202; and (c) opened and intruded the window installed at the victim’s home; and (d) went to and stolen the street north, the market price of which was kept in the said place, at one million won.

3. Around 00:30 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the second floor of the “IMoMoel” of the victim H operation in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) caused the 350,000 won in cash located in the front part of the calculation region; and (c) stolen the said 3.5 million won.

[2015 Highest 1239] On May 9, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the second floor through the window at the L-care center operated by the victim K in Seocheon-gu J on May 9, 2015, and then stolen one of the two keys equivalent to KRW 1 million in the market value of the victim's own in the office located at the same time, which is the victim's own, of KRW 300,000,000,000.
