1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 against the Plaintiff, Defendant A Co., Ltd.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The parties to the contract (hereinafter “Defendant LAW Development”) are companies that newly build and sell Etel with the size of the first and third floors underground (hereinafter “instant officetel”) on the land owned by Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju and four parcels of land (hereinafter “instant project site”), and Defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd.”) entered into a business agreement and an agency contract (hereinafter “instant business agreement”), and a sale management trust agreement (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”).

B. On March 23, 2012, the instant business agreement on the instant officetel, and the conclusion of the instant trust agreement on the instant officetel (1) Defendant ABD Urban Development entered into the instant business agreement with the Defendant International Asset Trust on March 23, 2012 with respect to the instant officetel to be constructed on the ground of the instant site, and the main contents thereof are as follows.

[2] Article 18 (Management, etc. of Sale Contracts) (2) The sales contract of this case is to be signed and sealed by the seller for the development of the defendant Geondi City, as the seller for the construction of the city, as the construction executor for the construction of the city, and the defendant international

(3) The sales contract form shall be managed by the development of the b&D city, the Si construction and the defendant international asset trust by the following methods:

1. The first printing new sale contract shall be managed and kept by the defendant international asset trust;

2. Where the development of defendant b&D city requests the delivery of a new sales contract for the purpose of concluding a sales contract, the defendant international asset trust shall deliver the defendant b&D city development after setting a management number.

3. The contract for sale in lots shall be executed with the confirmation of the contractor’s construction.
