Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

On June 11, 2013, at around 20:10, the Defendant damaged the repair cost by 627,000 won on the ground that the public official B, who is a public official of Eunpyeong-gu Office, did not interfere with the head of the Gu in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, on the ground that he did not interfere with the performance of the Gu.
