1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,984,510 as well as KRW 20,00,000 among them, from April 30, 2015 to the day of full payment.
According to the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including the provisional loan number) and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff is to pay 2,00,000 won to the defendant on February 3, 2004, 4,000,000 won on April 29, 2004, 3,000,000 won on July 1, 2004, 3,000,000 won on July 12, 2004, 200, 2,000,000 won on August 30, 204, 200, 200, 3,000 won on August 30, 200, 200, 3,000 won on the above loan from 20,000 won on August 29, 205, 200, 3,005.
Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest of KRW 20,00,000 and interest of KRW 50,090,461 in total, KRW 70,90,461, and KRW 69,984,510 in total, and interest of KRW 20,000 in total, and interest of KRW 25% per annum from April 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.
As to this, the defendant alleged that he repaid a higher amount than that recognized earlier to the plaintiff, but there is no evidence to acknowledge this.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted with due reason.
