A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant violated the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act due to the sale of light oil is a person engaged in petroleum retail business with the trade name “E” in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

A petroleum retailer shall be prohibited from selling light oil as fuel of motor vehicles, which is an act undermining the sound statement of distribution of petroleum and alternative fuels.

Nevertheless, from June 18, 201 to November 24, 2011, the Defendant sold a total of 5,525 times in total, including a total of 1,726,315,298 won, a total of 1,525 times from June 18, 201 to September 22, 201, using an oil tank vehicle operated by the Defendant, and a sale of a motor vehicle 1,202,37 liter as fuel using an oil tank vehicle operated by the Defendant.

(b) Anyone who intends to run a petroleum selling business in violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act due to unregistered petroleum selling business shall file for registration with the competent authority;

Nevertheless, from June 18, 201 to May 28, 2012, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authorities, operated petroleum selling business, such as selling light oil on G monthly tourism vehicles, as described in the preceding paragraph, without registering with the competent authorities.

C. On May 3, 2013, the Defendant violated the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act due to violation of an order to suspend business was ordered by the head of the Seoul Yangcheon-gu Office to suspend business for a period from May 10, 2013 to August 9, 2013.

Nevertheless, at a place where it is difficult to identify the place around May 11, 2013, the Defendant 82 times in total as shown in Appendix II from May 11, 2013 to August 9, 2013, including the fact that the Defendant, using a F-oil tank vehicle operated by the Defendant, 196 liter oil 196 liters over twice in water H vehicles, received and sold KRW 273,00,000.
