Punishment of the crime

The KB debit Card of the stolen C was presented to the victim as if it was a debit card owned by the Defendant.
From that time to 23:32 of the same day, the Defendant purchased goods or received services in the aggregate amount of KRW 75,600 using the KB debit card of C, which was stolen, such as the list of offenses in attached Form C, at least four times.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, obtained a total amount of 75,600 won property interest, and used stolen debit cards.
