A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for a short term of one year and six months, and by imprisonment for a term of two years and two years, respectively.

1. Defendant B and C’s co-principal conduct

A. Special larceny Defendant B and C jointly: (1) around 02:00 on September 9, 2013, 201: (1) Defendant C was in front of the H restaurant of the victim’s G operation in Jung-gu Seoul Central Government; (2) Defendant B opened a door by means of cutting off the lock door, and opened the door with Defendant C, and opened the door with cash 8,500 won in the front of the restaurant; (2) Defendant C was removed with the unfluencing safe in the market price of which is 8,00 won in cash inside the restaurant; (3) Defendant C was in front of the convenience store of the victim’s operation in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (4) Defendant C was in front of the convenience store of the victim’s operation; and (4) Defendant B was in front of the entrance of the victim’s operation in the lock door; and (5) Defendant B was in front of the entrance of the victim’s operation in the 2000-day, with the front of the 3000-day.

2. Defendant A and C’s co-principal (special larceny) and C were in front of a p restaurant operated by the victim in Suwon-si from around 03:30 on November 13, 2013 to around 00:30 on the following day, and Defendant C reported the network, Defendant A opened a door in a way of shakening the lock door, and carried KRW 100,000 in cash at a cafeteria inside the restaurant.

As a result, Defendant A and C stolen the victim's property jointly.

3. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct (e.g., nighttime building intrusion theft) around 02:10 on November 7, 2013, in front of the salted Dong office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, at around 147-14, opened a door and enter the door into the Dong office in such a way as to cover the locked door, and thereby, owned the victim R, who is the employee of the Dong office.
