차용금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 410,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.

From November 201 to March 21, 2016, the Plaintiff is obligated to lend KRW 360 million to the Defendant, and the Defendant, at the time of borrowing KRW 50 million from C to October 2015, guaranteed the Defendant’s obligation to borrow KRW 50 million, and pay KRW 50 million to C in subrogation of the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case to the day of full payment.
