1. The defendant shall pay 341,602,160 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 23, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On October 2, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of goods with C (former trade name: D) on October 2, 2018, and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation for the payment of goods to C to the Plaintiff under the said supply contract.
As of November 30, 2018, the amount of goods unpaid by C as of November 30, 2018 is KRW 341,602,160, and the plaintiff claims for the performance of the above joint and several liability obligation to the defendant.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
