Basic Facts
A. The Defendant is a legal entity that operates the F Hospital in Namyang-si E (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
B. On September 27, 201, 201, the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”) was diagnosed and observed the progress of the training pre-building vessel vision at the Defendant Hospital. On May 30, 2016, the result of blood examination conducted a pre-building vessel special navigation source test. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant Hospital agreed to undergo a pre-building vessel organization test (hereinafter “instant inspection”) by means of collecting the pre-building vessel organization through the workplace (hereinafter “instant inspection”).
C. On July 14, 2016, the Deceased: (a) hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital at around 10:00 on the same day; (b) administered the Simplfol Sker Sker Sker Sker Sker ( Quaker Quakon); (c) 22:00 on the same day; and (d) 10:00 on the following day. On the same day, at around 13:45 on the same day, the deceased was subject to the instant inspection at around 14:31 on the same day.
On July 15, 2016, on the following day, the deceased discharged combs from the prescription of combs (propine chlorates) on the following day. However, at around 19:00 on the same day, the deceased complained of symptoms, such as heat, hair, and snow physician, and was inside the emergency room of the Defendant hospital. At that time, the deceased’s beer rest was 110 times/minutes, 20 times/minutes, and 40.4 degrees at the body temperature.
E. Around 19:10 on July 15, 2016, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital administered an anti-biological product to the Deceased, and conducted a hydropathical therapy, blood and urine cultivation test.
F. At around 20:59 on the same day, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital changed the antibiotic system and administered the antibiotic system.
G. Since then, the heat of the Deceased continued, but around July 15, 2016, blood pressure increased to 110/70, and beerage was stable at 88/minutes, and the Deceased was hospitalized in a general hospital on the same day at around 21:25.
H. On July 16, 2016, the doctor in charge of the Defendant Hospital shall be three times a day for the Deceased (10:00, 16:00, 22:00) on three occasions a day for the Deceased.
