2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On November 16, 2012, while serving as a construction-day worker on November 13:30, 2012, the Plaintiff provided medical care to an injury or disease, such as the depression of external wounds, the depression of the left part, and the divers of the parts, such as the diverssis of external depression, the diverssis damage of the parts and the dives of the parts, and the dives frame, and claimed disability benefits to the Defendant on March 24, 2014, by asserting that the Plaintiff left the part of the left part of the bridge.

B. On April 8, 2014, the Defendant rendered the instant disposition to the Plaintiff at Grade 10, applying mutatis mutandis 12 grade 10 and 12 grade 10 to the Plaintiff’s disability grade to Grade 11, applying mutatis mutandis 12 grade 10 to the Plaintiff.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The plaintiff's assertion that the disaster of this case occurred on the left side of the bridge and the plaintiff's assertion that the plaintiff applied mutatis mutandis 5 degrees (Grade 8), 50 degrees (Grade 12), 110 degrees (Grade 12), 75 degrees (Grade 12) according to the plaintiff's doctor's opinion. The plaintiff's assertion that the disaster of this case constitutes class 6, and the disposition of this case conducted on the other premise is illegal even though it constitutes class 5.
