However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On August 15, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.081% during blood transfusion around 09:00, and changed the course to a two-lane course, while driving the road at a point of 0.2km in the direction of the net speed of Honam Highway 0.2km away from Gwangju to the ethic speed of 0.2km along the same lane.

결국, 피고 인은 위와 같은 업무상의 과실로 위 피해자에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 요추 및 골반의 염좌 및 긴장 등의 상해를, 위 팰 리 세 이드 승용차에 동승하고 있던 피해자 E( 여, 35세 )에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 요추의 염좌 및 긴장 등의 상해를, 같은 동승 자인 피해자 F( 남, 10세 )에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 늑골의 염좌 및 긴장의 상해를, 같은 동승 자인 피해자 G( 남, 8세 )에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 경계 등의 상해를 각각 입게 하였다.
