1. The Defendant’s KRW 85,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from November 21, 2018 to May 17, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. The judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) recognizes only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment as the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019. The portion in excess is dismissed.
