2. In light of the circumstances determined by the lower court and the conditions of sentencing under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, the sentencing of the lower court is acceptable, and there is no unreasonable ground for the Defendant’s assertion.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
