[Criminal Power] On April 12, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act. Around 14:40 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving: (a) around KRW 500 meters of blood alcohol content without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of approximately 500 meters from the arms and middle school playgrounds, which are in the arms and 2-on-land in Seosan City, to the air base in the same route; and (b) while under the influence of alcohol by 0.201% of blood alcohol content, the Defendant driven the B 3-on-line cargo vehicles owned by Non-W&A and EN.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license in violation of the above provision.
