Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below as to the defendant's ground of appeal, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the illegal ex post facto bribery after the illegal ex post facto death from among the facts charged of this case, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to the illegal act of ex post facto death and ex post facto death

The court below's decision on the ground of appeal by the prosecutor is just in holding that there is no evidence of a crime regarding the illegal acceptance of a third party after the illegal acceptance of a bribe among the facts charged in the instant case, and it is not erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of illegal acceptance of a bribe, or in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of illegal acceptance of a bribe, contrary to what is alleged in the ground of appeal.

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed against the guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and no statement of the grounds for appeal can be found in the appellate brief.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
