The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving service of a passenger car in B SP land.
