1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual interest from December 24, 2016 to October 9, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service of publication of grounds (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal of the part of the claim for delayed damage exceeding 12% per annum after June 1, 2019 pursuant to Article 2 of the Addenda to the “Rules on the Legal Interest Rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings” amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, is dismissed.
