Judgment without holding any pleadings: Determination on the claim for damages for delay on September 25, 2015, Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act: The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015, and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, applying the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum after October 1, 2015. Therefore, the part exceeding the Plaintiff’s damages for delay is without merit.
