On October 25, 2015, at around 01:30 on October 25, 2015, the Defendant reported fighting in front of the C convenience stores located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and called the Victim E (53) and the same F (583) who are police officers assigned to the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station D police boxes, and called the Defendant at the same place where the said convenience stores employees, the police officers, etc. are located.

In other words, the victims were openly insulting, such as Domine mama, ra gushe, Mags, and Magman Magse.
