The plaintiff's basic facts: (1) around 209, the non-party C, a living together with the plaintiff, leased a store located in Empt D operated by the defendant, in the name of "F"; (20,000,000 won per month; (30,000 won per month; and (3) the contract was actually made with the plaintiff to pay 15% of the monthly excess sales in the form of rent (the above contract revenue belongs to the defendant, and the above contract revenue and C purchased goods on credit from the defendant Emb, and the remaining amount after deducting the value of the above contract revenue from the above 100,000,000 won from the above 20,000,000 won from the above 30,000 won, and the plaintiff did not transfer the above business registration right from the above 10,000 won to the plaintiff on October 25, 2012.
