Punishment of the crime
around December 2018, the Defendant, "2019 Highest 1716," visited the victim B (n, 44 years of age) who had come to know of his or her ability to work as a guest at the singing room located in Pyeongtaek-si and developed into a related relationship.
On May 2019, the Defendant, unlike his her friend at the time of the beginning of his school system, was living in a separate state without being divorced from his spouse by law, and was aware that she was living in an apartment building in his her spouse’s name and his her her friend with his friend, thereby getting worse with the victim, thereby impairing the honor of the victim by attaching his friend to his friend, etc.
On October 1, 2019, the Defendant, along with the victim’s photograph, kept a leaflet in which the victim’s name, address, etc. are indicated on the bulletin board of Pyeongtaek-si E apartment E-dong 1-2Ra, which is the victim’s residence, and posted the victim’s name, address, etc. to the victim in the former part of this case, and insults the victim by stating that “the victim was a satise,” and that “the victim was divorced from the former husband at the time of the teaching system and was living in his residence in the former husband at the time of the teaching system,” thereby impairing the victim’s reputation.
On October 3, 2019, the Defendant continuously attached the same leaflet with respect to the victim to Pyeongtaek-si Felon, and attached the same leaflet on October 4, 2019 on the bulletin board of the said D apartment E-dong 1 to 2Ra.
Accordingly, the Defendant openly insulting the victim on three occasions, and at the same time, damaged the honor of the victim by pointing out facts.
The defendant of "2019 Highest 1898" is a space between the defendant and the victim B (V, 44 years of age).
On October 1, 2019 and October 3, 2019, the Defendant carried out an investigation into the police by attaching printed matters containing the contents that the victim was singing out in a singingto, to the entrance of the house where the victim resides, apartment entrance, neighboring a singtos of the victim’s dwelling, etc.
