The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of "C" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

No one shall sell, lend or distribute drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 00:10 on June 12, 2015, the Defendant sold to four persons, including D 16 years of age, such as juveniles, 9 and beer as drugs harmful to juveniles.
