절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
When the defendant sent a business trip to the seat of the victim C, the defendant stolen the physical card in the name of the victim using the personal identification of the entrance door and the password of the head of the Tong at ordinary level C, and used it to use it.
1. Larceny;
A. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D headroom 201; (b) opened a door by entering the entrance door number; (c) opened the entrance door; and (d) cut off and stolen the above C-owned No. 3; and (c) kept one head of the Tong of the Nonghyup Bank owned by the said C in the same manner as around May 13:30, 2015.
B. Around May 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted the Agricultural Cooperative C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s password into the cash withdrawal period managed by the Victim Nonghyup Bank; and (b) withdrawn KRW 50,000 from around that time to May 29, 2015, in the same manner, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 6,14,300 in total over 45 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1 re-written list of crimes, from around that time to May 29, 2015.
2. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business purchased chip at E convenience stores located in Bupyeong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si, and offered chip cards, as stated in the foregoing 1. A, as seen in the foregoing 1.1. (a), which was stolen C’s chip cards, to the employees of the non-name convenience store as he was the legitimate licensee, and had the employees pay 2,800 won if they were using the said chip cards, the Defendant issued the chip cards and used the chip cards, which was stolen by receiving the chip cards, and used the 23 times in the same manner between around that time and May 14, 2015.
