No one shall sell alcoholic beverages that are drugs harmful to juveniles or provide them free of charge to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 22:00 on May 12, 2019, the Defendant sold three sons who are alcoholic beverages, together with the brush, to the juvenile D (n, 17 years of age), E (n, 16 years of age), F (n, 16 years of age) who was a guest at the above business establishment.

The defendant and his defense counsel notified the department related to the 112 report of the case report, the photographic defendant and his defense counsel taken over, and the defendant and his defense counsel denied the charges, even though the defendant sold only the pain to the juveniles who had been a guest at the date and time stated in the facts charged, they did not sell alcoholic beverages.
