In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below's finding the defendant guilty of each of the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the defect in the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders or the intentional act of preparation of qualification-based private documents, or contrary to the rules of logic and experience.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
