Defendant D in collusion with I, from March 2012 to August 2012, 2012, at a fake petroleum retail store with no trade name located in F in Busan City, Defendant D received 45,000 won per day and sold to customers a single-day average of 8 (16 copies) in collusion with I, for the purpose of automobile fuel, a mixture of fake petroleum products with Aelel, and a novel mixed with Belel, which are fake petroleum products for automobile fuel.

In collusion with I, from July 2, 2012 to August 1, 2012, Defendant B received 45,000 won per day (17 liters) and sold to customers, in collusion with I, a fake petroleum retail store with no trade name in Busan City, from around July 2, 2012, and from around August 1, 2012, a single average of 30 (60 copies).

3. Defendant C conspired with I, from October 2012 to December 2012, 2012, at the virtual petroleum retail store of the trade name “H” located in G in Busan City, Defendant C received 45,000 won per day, which is a fake petroleum product, and sold to customers, a mixture of Felela and small and medium parts, as a fuel for a motor vehicle, and a daily average of eight (16) per day.

4. In collusion with I, from April 13, 2013 to May 29, 2013, Defendant A received 45,000 won per day (17 liters) and sold in collusion with I a fake petroleum retail store with no trade name located in Busan City F from May 13, 2013, and from customers, he received 45,000 won per day (10 copies) for a vehicle fuel, a mixture of fake petroleum products, elel, and small and medium parts, and the average of 5 (10 copies) per day.
