1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;
A. On April 7, 1970 between the Plaintiff and B, a land sale and purchase contract was prepared between the Plaintiff and B, which purchased at KRW 152,520,00 from Osan City, at KRW 372 on April 7, 1970.
