A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who works as a security guard of D Co., Ltd. in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and is engaged in duties such as fire, theft, and maintenance of order.
On February 17, 2015, at around 06:21, the Defendant: (a) opened the 4th floor building in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opened the toilet to the 1st floor entrance, which was thought of finding toilets in the 4th floor building; and (b) opened the walls between the stairs of the 3rd floor and the toilets, the Defendant was able to put the body on the string with a disposable straw with which he was in possession of the paper string in the string.
