However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who operates "D" in Daejeon Pungdong-gu C.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, between July 2, 2015 and January 24, 2017, the Defendant sold the origin of the imported scrap metal equivalent to KRW 194,831,47, in the aggregate of the market prices supplied by E (state) and F, such as the list of crimes in attached Form D, by falsely indicating the origin of the imported scrap metal equivalent to KRW 194,831,47, as domestic origin.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false indication of origin.
