1. The defendant shall pay 70 million won to the plaintiffs and 20% per annum from October 9, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The payment order of the plaintiffs' claim against the defendant was confirmed on October 23, 2009 in Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2009Guj8534 against the defendant, and the plaintiffs filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above claim.
