1. The defendant's KRW 169,977,00 for the plaintiff and 5% per annum from February 1, 2003 to December 8, 2004.

The Plaintiff indicated the claim shall lend KRW 21,597,000 to the Defendant as of December 31, 2002; KRW 74,200,000 as of January 31, 2003; and KRW 74,200,000 as of November 29, 2003; and KRW 74,200,000 as of November 31, 2003, respectively, by lending the Defendant a total of KRW 169,97,00,00 as of November 31, 203, respectively.
The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant with Seoul Eastern District Court 2004Gahap12590 and sentenced on January 7, 2005, "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 169,97,000 won with 5% interest per annum from February 1, 2003 to December 8, 2004, and 20% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment."
Therefore, the defendant is obliged to pay the money indicated in the order ordering payment to the plaintiff in the above judgment.
