1. As to KRW 110,822,281 and KRW 37,473,707 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from April 9, 2015 to August 20, 2015.

Since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015 to be 15% per annum, part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages is dismissed.
