A. Defendant B, C, D, and F are subject to criminal punishment of persons related to the attraction of international investment (hereinafter “I”) at the office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 2015, 2015, which is an index futures investment company and a similar receiver (hereinafter “I”) located in Australia.

(1) Officers J(K), L (one nationality L), and I’s domestic business entities N,O, etc. to guarantee the principal of investments, and to invite investors to receive money from investors as investment money, and to engage in the business of receiving money without delay. Defendant C, D, and F, as an agent in the Republic of Korea, intended to manage domestic investors, and to introduce the said business to investors. Defendant G, in combination with I on February 2015, intended to attract investors and to manage subordinate business entities, and to communicate the same with Defendant B and its account number to investors on April 2015, as well as Defendant B and its domestic business entities: (a) Defendant C, D, and F, a general business entity in Korea of I, as an instructor; and (b) Defendant G, as an instructor, had been in charge of managing the subordinate business; (c) Defendant B and its domestic business entities, including the Plaintiff’s account number; and (d) Defendant C and its other domestic business entities.

(2) On February 2015, Defendant B, etc.: (a) around February 2015, Defendant B, etc. had an unqualified instructor at the Gangnam-gu Seoul P office in the Gangnam-gu Seoul P office, “I investing in the index with an office in Hoju; and (b) the company is a company with a financial license number from the Financial Supervisory Service.
