1. Around 00:20 on February 5, 2018, the Defendant suffered an injury in which the number of days of treatment cannot be known on the part of the victim’s body while having been suffering from a dispute arising as a matter of divorce with the victim D (the South and the age of 41) who is the husband, within the Defendant’s residence located in Busan L/C and 201, but was suffering from a dangerous object cremation (the width of 10cm and length of 20cm).
