[criminal history] On October 15, 2008, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; and (b) on June 8, 201, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime; and (c) the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

[2] On January 31, 2016, around 04:17, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.065% from the 3km section of the 3km-ro 126-ro 126-ro from the roads near the salt farm sports center in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the roads in front of the restaurant of yellow meat.
