The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record in light of the record, the lower court is justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict on all the charges of this case against the Defendants on its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the rules of evidence or by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
