On June 28, 2017, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a Bdimul vehicle with approximately 0.257% alcohol level from the distance of about 100 meters from the distance of 100 meters to the road front of the 41stma elementary school, south-ro, 253, south-ro, south-ro, 41, south-ro, 253.
