The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

On August 31, 2012, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven the above van while under the influence of alcohol with 0.303% of alcohol concentration, and proceeded to the two-lanes of the second line road in front of the Seoul Meart Hospital, which is located in the half-dong of Busan Meart Hospital, in the direction of 40km at the speed of 40km.
