1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,232,240 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 5, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The unpaid portion out of the funds agreed upon by 50,000,000 won for partial dismissal: From October 19, 2017 to November 4, 2019, the amount payable at 10,232,240 won per annum calculated based on the rate of 10% per annum from October 19, 2017: 21,00,000 won: 39,232,240 won (=50,000,000 - (21,00,000 - 10,232,240 won)] among the funds claims, the portion of additional claims at an overdue interest rate of 2% per annum exceeding 10% per annum shall not be accepted.
From the day after the delivery date of a copy of a complaint among claims for damages for delay, only 12% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Litigation
