2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a livestock cooperative with the main purpose of improving the economic, social, and cultural status of its members by enhancing the livestock productivity of its members, promoting the expansion of markets and the facilitation of distribution of livestock products produced by its members, and providing technology, funds, materials, information, etc. required by its members (the original “F livestock cooperative” but was merged with the Plaintiff on March 9, 2015.

In all cases, "Plaintiff" shall be referred to as "Plaintiff", but where it is necessary to refer only to an association before and after the merger, "Gu association" shall be referred to as "Gu association."

(2) Defendant B served as the head of the Plaintiff G branch on March 5, 2012, and served as a standing director supervising the Plaintiff’s overall association affairs from March 26, 2013 to March 8, 2015.

B. 1) From January 1, 201 to October 12, 2012, I worked as the head of the distribution support center of the former cooperative from January 1, 201 to October 12, 2012, and I was engaged in economic activities, such as business planning, purchase of livestock products, and sales. 2) On April 26, 2013, I was charged with the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Misappropriation) and the violation of occupational breach of trust as the head of the distribution support center of the former cooperative, and as the head of the distribution support center of the former cooperative around April 26, 2013.

The defendant J and I shall obtain approval from the head of the Chungcheongbuk regional headquarters when they engage in credit transactions exceeding 1.6 billion won per same person of the old cooperative in promoting economic projects, such as credit transactions of livestock products.
