1. 2. 업무방해 피고인은 2013. 04. 26. 16:00경 울산 남구 F에 있는, 피해자 G(여, 58세)가 운영하는 H편의점에 들어가 아이스크림, 라면, 빵 등 11,000원 상당을 들고 계산대로 가 돈을 주머니에서 찾는 시늉을 하다가 피해자에게 “돈이 없어졌다. 돈을 내놓아라.”라고 말하며 시비를 걸고, 계산대 서랍을 손으로 열려고 시도하고, 이에 피해자가 제지하자 편의점 안쪽에서 출입문을 잡고 다른 손님들이 들어오지 못하게 하여 약 30분간 위력으로 피해자의 편의점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
