1. The Defendant: 5% per annum from September 2, 2017 to April 10, 2018 on the Plaintiff’s KRW 4.9 million and KRW 9 million among them; and

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on March 1, 2017, leased a container to the Defendant for a six-month period from March 1, 2017 (where the container is not returned even after the lapse of the agreed rental period, 20,000 won per day from September 2, 2017 to the completion date of delivery), the Defendant did not pay the rent at an interest rate of 20,000 won, and the Plaintiff shall return the container container at March 20, 2018. ① The Plaintiff shall refund the container container at an interest rate of 90,000 won for six-month rent and the statutory damages for delay from September 2, 2017 to March 20, 2018.
