Reasons
1. Indication of claim: A claim for the total amount of KRW 35,000,000 that the plaintiff loaned to the defendant several times prior to 2007 and the defendant agreed to repay it between the plaintiff and the defendant, and damages for delay.
2. Partial rejection of claims: The statutory interest rate constituting the basis for calculating the amount of damages due to the default of monetary liabilities under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed from October 1, 2015.
